Return and Refund Policy

2. Personal Services – Rescheduling & Gift Cards
2.1 If you cannot attend a scheduled personal service (such as energy healing, readings, or other appointments), you must provide at least 24 HOURS advance notice to reschedule.
2.2 Missed appointments or late cancellations without proper notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or compensation.
2.3 In cases where rescheduling is not possible, the paid balance will be converted into a store gift card for future use.
2.4 Gift cards are non-refundable and can only be used for products or services offered by Mystical Moments & More
3. Damaged or Defective Products
